摘　　要：目的 :探讨脂肝泰胶囊的药理作用 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :采用喂饲高脂饲料方法复制高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠模型 ,同时施加药物干预 ,观察其对血清和肝脏脂质的含量、肝脏组织病理学改变以及肝功能的影响。结果 :脂肝泰胶囊能明显降低实验大鼠血清、肝脏组织中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL—C)和血清ALT、AST的含量 ,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL—C)的含量 ,改善肝脏病理损害。结论 :脂肝泰胶囊具有较强的调节血脂。Objective:to research the pharmacological action of Zhigantai Capsule and supply some experimental evidence to clinical practice.Method:through feeding high fat forage, to reconstruct model rats with fatty liver by hyperlipidemia and give medicine at the same time, to observe the effect on the lipid content in serum and liver,histopathology change and the function of the liver.Results:Zhitaigan Capsule can obviously decrease TC,TG,LDL C in rat serum and hepatic tissue,ALT,AST in serum;increase HDL C content;and improve liver pathology.Conclusion:Zhigantai Capsule has a considerable action for regulating blood lipid,protecting liver, decreasing ALT, AST and preventing the formation of fatty liver.
