摘 要:芸薹链格孢 (Alternariabrassicae)和其毒素都能刺激白菜叶片细胞的PAL和PO活性 ,而且均有 2个活性高峰。在毒素的作用下抗病的山东四号PAL活性高峰分别出现在 12h和 48h ,PO活性高峰分别出现在12h和 6 0h ;感病的小杂 5 6PAL活性高峰分别出现在 2h和 12h ,PO只在 8h有一个明显的活性高峰。经芸薹链格孢和毒素处理后 ,白菜叶片细胞的SOD活性在某一时间阶段受到刺激或抑制 ,但没有明显的活性高峰出现。总的结果看来 ,AB -毒素和芸薹链格孢对Both AB-toxin and Alternaria brassicae could stimulate the activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) and peroxidase(PO) in leave cells of Brassica chinensis.There were two PAL activity peaks in resistant cv. Shandong No.4 and susceptible cv. Xiaoza 56 under AB-toxin stress.The PAL activity peaks of Xiaoza 56 (2 h,12 h) appeared earlier than those of Shandong No.4(12 h,48 h). There were two PO activity peaks(12 h,60 h) in Shandong No.4,but only one evident PO activity peak(12 h) appeared in Xiaoza 56 under toxin stress. Superoxide distimutase (SOD) activity in leave cells of B. chinensis was also affected by AB-toxin and A.brassicae.There was one SOD activity peak after 0.5h in Shandong No.4 and 2 h in Xiaoza 56, SOD activity was inhibited within about 6~24 h and its activity was higher than CK in other time in Shandong No.4, and no evident activity peak appeared under toxin stress. SOD activity was inhibited from 2 h to 60 h in Xiaoza 56 under toxin stress. The experimental results showed that the effect of AB-toxin on PAL,PO and SOD was identical to A.brassicae.
