甘肃省白水江自然保护区可持续发展力的测度研究

摘　　要：从生态可持续发展 (ESD)、管理可持续发展 (MSD)和社区可持续发展 (SSD) 3个方面对白水江自然保护区可持续发展的测度问题进行了探讨 ,并构建了不同的指标体系。结果表明该保护区的综合可持续发展力 (FSD)值为 0 .84 ,低于自然保护区可持续发展的标准值 0 .90 ,判定为非可持续发展的自然保护区。其中ESD值为 0 .78,判定为生态中可持续发展 ;MSD值为 0 .79,判定为管理中可持续发展 ;SSD值为 0 .89,判定为社区非可持续发展 。The indicator systems to estimate sustainable development capacity of Basishuijiang Natural Reserve are put forward in this paper.The FSD(Final Sustainable Development) is calculated to be 0.84,which is lower than the standard value of 0.90. The value of ESD(Ecological sustainable Development), MSD(Management Sustainable Development) and SSD(Social Sustainable Development) are 0.78, 0.79 and 0.89 respectively. Because of the relative low level of SSD, we draw a conclusion that Baishuijiang Natural Reserve is on the level of non sustainable development.\;
