摘 要:用化学法测得鲍尔环与阶梯环填料在不同操作条件下的有效相界面面积,与同时测得的拉西环结果相对比,并整理出表示有效面积a与气速G、液速L两者的关系,对载点前后均可适用。分析了有效相界面面积的变化规律,得出它与持液量密切有关的结论。在前人模型的基础上,提出了可兼用于开孔与不开孔填料、载点以前与以后的操作条件下的求a的关联式。Effective interfacial area of two types of perforated packings, Pall ring and Cascade Micni ring, as well as of Raschig ring for comparision are measured at different operating conditions with Danckwerts' chemical method. An equation(eq.5) relating interfacial area a with gas rare G and liquid rate L is developped, which is valid whether loading condition is reached or not. The analysis of the variation pattern of interfaciaI area discloses that this variation is inherently related with liquid hold-up. An improved correlation to estimate interfacial area(eq.7)is suitable for both perforated and non-perforated packings and for the conditions both before and after loading is also developped.
