摘　　要：随着改革开放 ,我国农民经历并将经历两次历史性大解放 ,第一次是从僵化的人民公社体制下解放出来———实行家庭承包 ;第二次是从传统的二元社会结构的束缚下解放出来———实现城乡一体化。前者发生在农业领域里 ,后者超出农业领域 (乃至农村领域 )。我国农民只有经历这两次大解放 ,才有可能在促进农业发展的同时 ,走上富裕的道路。Along With the reform and the open policy,Chinese peasants have experienced two times of historic liberation.One is being liberated from the system of people's commune;the other is from traditional dual society structure,the former happened in the field of agriculture,and the latter in more fields. Only through such two times of liberation,can Chinese peasants be guided to the way of bringing about advance in agriculture,meanwhile making themselves richer.
