摘　　要：高科技产业具有高风险、高投入、高收益的特征 ,这使得常规投资方式难以满足其需求。借鉴发达国家高新技术产业的发展经验 ,我国可以适当引入风险投资基金这一方式来实现对高科技产业的投资。风险投资基金在组建中集中了社会各方资金 ,能够适应高科技产业的高投入特征 ,在运作中能够比普通投资者更好地控制风险 ,提高投资成功率。As high——tech industry has the characteristic of high risk,high--input,and high revenue,Regular investment means cannot meet its demand.Learning from the developed countries,we should make use of risky investment fund to develop our high——tech industry.Risky investment fund may absorb the capital from various fields to meet high——tech industry's requirement and decreace risk and promote the possibilities of success.Our main job today is to form a profitable economic environment for risky investment fund.
