银杏外种皮多糖对胃癌的临床及超微结构研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察银杏外种皮多糖制剂对胃癌的临床疗效及超微结构的影响。方法 :2 8例胃癌患者给予银杏外种皮多糖胶囊 ,po,每次 2粒 ,bid ,30d为 1个疗程 ,连服 1～ 3个疗程。治疗前后用电子胃镜观察并测量瘤体大小 ,用透射电子显微镜观察瘤细胞的超微结构 ,用图像分析仪对瘤细胞进行图像分析 ,计算核质比及异染色质面密度 ,同时观察患者的主要临床表现。结果 :银杏外种皮多糖可使胃癌患者的疼痛减轻、食欲增强 ,可使胃癌瘤体缩小 ,抑制率为 4 8% ,有效率为 78.5 %。超微结构观察提示银杏外种皮多糖有诱导癌细胞凋亡和分化迹象。结论 :银杏外种皮多糖制剂对胃癌有治疗作用。诱导癌细胞凋亡和分化可能是其抗肿瘤作用机制之一。Objective:To observe the efficacy of GBEP in gastric carcinoma and the tumor cells' ultrastructural change.Methods:28 patients of the gastric carcinoma were treated with GBEP capsule orally,2 pills each time,bid,for 1～3 course of treatment which was 30d.The area of tumors was measured by the electron gastroscope before and after treatment.The tumor cells' ultrastructure were observed by transmissional electron microscope.The image of the tumor cells was analysed by image analysis system and the nucleocytoplasmic ratio as well as the surface density of heterochromatin of the tumor cells were calculated.Clinical manifestation of the patients also were observed.Results:GBEP could alleviate the patients'pain and stimulate the patients' appetite.It could reduce the area of the gastric carcinoma and the inhibitory rate was 48%.The total effective rate was 78.5%.GBEP could change the ultrastructure of gastric carcinoma cells which showed a little induction of the cell apoptosis and differentiation.Conclusion:GBEP is effective in treatment of gastric carcinoma.One of mechanism of antitumor may induce the gastric carcinoma cells to apoptosis and differentiation.
