海南省旅游区宾馆放置避孕套预防艾滋病效果研究

摘　　要：目的 了解海南省旅游人群艾滋病、性病预防态度、性行为特征及避孕套使用水平,为全省旅游人群艾滋病防治提供理论依据。 方法在旅游区宾馆放置避孕套和艾滋病宣传材料,由经过培训的调查员检查使用情况,统计相应的使用率。结果　一般客房避孕套消耗率和使用率分别为19.6l％和4.38％。性活跃期人群女客房避孕套消耗率为99.11％,显著高于男客房的78.86％和男女客房的68.87％(P<0.01)。男女和男客房避孕套使用率分别为22.58％和19.02％,显著高于女客房的0.59％。男客房消耗男性宣传材料为女性材料的4.2倍,女客房消耗女性材料为男性材料的5.6倍,男女士混住客房无显著性差异(P>0.05),分别是17.61％和18.34％。 结论 在旅游区宾馆客房放置避孕套和宣传材料可显著提高游客的艾滋病预防知识,具有在全省推广应用的价值。Objective To get the first hand of information about the infectious status of AIDS and SID and the attitude, behaviors of the tourists in tourism areas in Hainan Province and provide theoretical basis for making control measures in this province. Methods Condoms and propaganda materials were distributed in the hotels of tourism areas, the rates of consumption and use of condom were examined by the trained health workers and the results analyzed. Results The results show that the rate of consumption and use of condom per room for ordinary lodgers were 19.61% and 4.38% .respectively,while the consumption rate was 99.11% per room for female lodgers who were at sexually active ages, significantly higher than that of the male lodger(78.86%) and female+ male lodgers(68.87%) per room(P< 0.01) .The use rates of condom for female + male lodgers and the male lodger were 22.58% and 19.02% per room,respectively,higher than that of lodgers of 0.59% for female lodgers. With regard to the consumption of propaganda materials,the consumption rate by male lodgers was 4.2 times more than that consumed by female lodgers, while the consumption rate of materials exclusively used for females was 5.6 times higher than that consumed by females than by males, no difference was observed in consumption of condom in the rooms of female with male(P> 0.05). Conchusion It is an good practice to distribute condoms and AIDS/STD propaganda materials in tourist hotels and it could enhance the level of the lodgers' AIDS/SID knowledge and prevent the transmission of AIDS/STD among the lodgers,thus it is worthy to be popularized in this province.
