摘 要:文丘里除尘器的压力损失主要是高速气水混合射流通过喉管而造成的 ,通过喉管的压力损失与射流速度的平方成正比。低速文丘里高效除尘器 ,是根据液流的最优捕尘液粒粒径范围在 10 0~ 80 0 μm的范围来选定适当的喉管内气流和水滴的相对速度 ,而使这个相对速度选定为 15~ 2 0m/s,这样使这一速度比普通文丘里除尘器的相对速度小 (4~ 8倍 )~ (3~ 6倍 ) ,故通过喉管的压力损失至少小 9倍。再加上混合射流与帽罩壁的碰撞和紧接着形成的帽罩侧壁孔的水幕的再次除尘使该除尘器的除尘效率达到 97%以上。It is well known that the jet flow loses its pressure at the throat when the high spees mixture of gas and water passes the throat of venturi duster,because the pressure loss at the throat has direct ratio with the square speed of the jet flow.Sinca the optimum diameters of the liquid drops by ahich the dust is easily caught range from 100 μm to 800 μm,the relative speed of 15 m/s~20 m/s of the gas flow and liquid drops at the throat is chosen.Thus,the speed at the throat of venturi duster is 3 times to 8 times lower than that of the conventional venturi dusters.Therefore,;the pressure loss at the throat of venturi duster is at least 9 times smaller than that of the conventional ones.In addition,the jet flow of the mixture will hit the wall of the hood and the water veil in the aperture of the wall will catch dust once more.In a word,the higher effective and lower speed venturi duster can catch at least 97% of the dust.
