摘　　要：通过残余应力测定,分析了预热温度、焊后空冷、缓冷和焊后退火热处理对等离子弧堆焊阀门密封面残余应力的影响。还分析了其它等离子弧堆焊工艺因素对堆焊层应力和抗裂性的影响。The influences of pre-heating temperature, air cooling, slow cooling and annealing treatment after hardfacing on the residual stress distribution are analyzed based on the measurements to the residual stresses in defferent condition. The influences of procedure parameters of plasma arc hardfacing on the stress distribution and anti-cracking property of the layers are analyzed also.
