肠内营养对实验性全小肠切除大鼠模型建立的研究

摘　　要：使用肠内营养建立全小肠切除大鼠模型。 2方法　保留距 Treitz韧带及距回盲部 1cm的小肠 ,切除中间段全部小肠 ,行空一回肠端端吻合。术后肠内营养 ( EN)喂养 10 d。 3结果　 40只大鼠术后 1周生存率为 10 0 % ,4周为 5 8% ,8周为 30 % ,12周为2 5 % ,与预实验组相比 ,有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。 4结论　使用肠内营养在全小肠切除大鼠模型创建方法是切实可行的。Objective Total small intestinal resection model by using enternal nutrition in rats was established.Methods SD rats underwent total small intestinal resection were conducted operation,anastomosed approximately lom again distal to the ligament of Treitz and lan proximal to the ilececal junction.Intestinal continuily was restored by end-to-end.After operation they were all bred with pepti-2000 80ml/d for 10 days,then with solid nutrition.Results At 1,4,8 and 12 weeks after operation the rats survival were 100%,58%,30% and 25% respectively.Conclusion It was indicated that establish total small intestinal resection model by using enternal nutrition in rats was feasible.
