摘 要:目的 了解洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的耐药特征。方法 用微量稀释法测定洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对 2 9种抗生素的MIC值。结果 2 9种抗生素敏感性测试结果显示 β-内酰胺酶抗生素中青霉素类抗生素哌拉西林、哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦敏感性分别为 82 .2 %和 89.7%;10种头孢类抗生素中的头孢他啶和头孢布烯的敏感性在 85 %左右 ,头孢曲松和头孢克洛为 5 0 %左右 ,其余均 <5 0 %;被测试的两种碳青酶烯类抗生素亚胺培南的敏感性只有7.7%,美罗培南敏感性为 87.2 %;4种氨基糖苷类抗生素敏感率均为 2 .6 %;6种喹诺酮类抗生素除萘啶酸为5 6 .4 %,其他均 <2 5 %;氯霉素的敏感性为 15 .4 %;哌拉西林、哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢布烯、美罗培南和甲氧苄啶对洋葱伯克霍尔德菌有较高的活性。结论 洋葱伯克霍尔德菌是一种多重耐药菌 ,体外药敏结果哌拉西林、哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢布烯、美罗培南和甲氧苄啶可作为由洋葱伯克霍尔德菌引起感染的治疗药物。OBJECTIVE To understand the multiple resistance of Burkholderia cepacia. METHODS The microdilution method was used to analyse the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 29 kinds of antibiotics against B. cepacia. RESULTS Among 29 antibiitics, piperacillin (82.2%), piperacillin/tazobactam (89.7%), ceftazidime (84.6%), ceftibuten (87.2%), meropenem (89.7%), trimethoprim (84.6%) were higher susceptive, and they had MIC 90 8 16 μg/ml. The rate of susceptibility to ceftriaxone and cefaclor was about 50%, and rates to the other six cephalosporins were less 50% in our research. The susceptive rates of imipenem and meropenem were 7.7% and 87.2%, respectively, and that to four kinds of aminoglycosides were all 2.6%. Among six quinolones the susceptibility of nalidixic acid was 56.4%, others were less 25%. Chloramphenicol susceptibility was 15.4% only. CONCLUSIONS B.cepacia is a multiple resistant microbe. Piperacillin, piperacillin/tazobactam, ceftazidime, ceftibuten, meropenem and trimethoprim had better in vitro activities to B. cepacia.
