摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻眼相关疾病的诊治特点。方法　对 3 6例鼻眼相关疾病的临床资料进行分析。结果　 3 6例中 ,10例患者以眼部症状为主首诊于眼科。炎性疾病的鼻眼病变以眶壁吸收破坏为主 ;良性肿瘤及黏液囊肿鼻眼病变以眶壁受压移位、骨质吸收破坏为主 ;恶性肿瘤鼻眼病变以骨质破坏为主 ;外伤性鼻眶骨折为鼻窦与眼眶骨折所致。结论　鼻窦与眼眶关系密切 ,CT扫描对此类疾病的诊断及指导治疗有帮助 ,良性肿瘤以手术切除为主 。Objective To discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic feature of naso orbital diseases.Method Thirty six cases of naso orbital disease were analyzed.Result Among the 36 cases,10 had their symptoms mainly confined to eyes and initially consulted the ophthalmologists.The main pathologies were as following:bony absorption of orbit wall in inflammatory disorders;compression,displacement and bony absorption of orbit wall in benign tumors and mucoceles;bony destruction in malignant tumors.Traumatic fractures might involve multiple bony structures.Conclusion Nasal and orbital organs are closely related anatomically.CT is helpful for diagnosis.Treatment for benign tumors is mainly by operation,while malignant tumors should be treated by operation and radiotherapy together.
