摘 要:目的 :初步探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)呼吸阻抗特点和变化规律。方法 :采用德国MS—IOS设备 ,分别测定健康组30例和COPD组43例的最大呼气流速曲线 (MEFV曲线 )及5~35HzIOS指标。结果 :COPD组通气指标异常 ,为阻塞性或混合性通气功能障碍 ,FEV1接近50 %。COPD组各频率下的阻力值 (R)显著高于健康对照组 (P<0.01) ,电抗值 (X)明显低于健康对照组 (P<0.01)。结论 :COPD显著IOS的指标R和X值明显异常 ,表现独特 ,与传统的肺功能检测手段相比 ,可简便。To explore the characteristics and variation of respiratory impe dance on COPD by applying impulse oscillometry(IOS).Methods:Maximal expiratory f low volume curve (MEFV curve)and IOS indices were measured in 30 healthy patient s and 43 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Results:In COPD gro up,the ventilate indices were abnormal with obstructive or mixed disorders of ve ntilation,and FEV 1% was nearly 50%.Meanwhile the resistance values in differe nt frequencies increased too much(P<0.01)and reactance values decreased obviousl y than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:R and X values of IOS indices o n COPD are significantly abnormal with an unique feature.Compared with the tradi tional pulmonary function test,the measurement of respiratory impedance with IOS method is a simple and effective method to assess respiratory system function.
