摘  要:目的 :研究系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞表达BLyS和CD38的变化。方法 :收集 2 2名SLE患者和 14名健康人外周血淋巴细胞 ,用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞表达BLyS和CD38的变化。结果 :SLE患者外周血BLyS+ 淋巴细胞、CD19+ 淋巴细胞和CD19+ CD38+ 淋巴细胞显著增加 ,BLyS+ 淋巴细胞增加与CD19+CD38+ 淋巴细胞增加呈正相关 (r=0 .4 34,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞表达BLyS和CD19+ B淋巴细胞表达CD38均显著增加 ,且二者增加呈正相关。AIM: To investigate the expression of B lymphocyte stimulator(BLyS) and CD38 molecules on peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). METHODS: Twenty-two patients with SLE and fourteen healthy subjects entered the study. Isolated peripheral blood lymphocyte were stained for the lymphocyte surface markers BLyS, CD19, and CD38, and then was measured by flow cytometry(FACS). RESULTS: BLyS + lymphocytes, CD19 + lymphocytes, and CD19 +CD38 + lymphocytes were increased significantly in patients with SLE( P <0.01, P< 0.01, P< 0.05). The increase in percentage of BLyS + lymphocyted correlated with the increase in percentage of CD19 +CD38 + lymphocytes ( r= 0.043, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: In patients with SLE, the expression of BLyS on lymphocytes is increased significantly and associated with expression of CD38 on CD19 + B lymphocytes.
