佛甲草对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究佛甲草提取液对小鼠四氯化碳急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝脏损伤 ,测定生化指标及观察病理组织学改变。结果 :佛甲草提取液明显降低四氯化碳引起的小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转换酶 (ALT)增高 ;病理组织学检查发现佛甲草提取液明显减轻肝细胞的损伤。结论 :佛甲草提取液对小鼠四氯化碳导致的急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective:Protective effects of solution isolated from sedum lineare thunb on acute liver injury induced by CCl 4 in mice.method:it was examinated the acute liver induced by CCl 4 in mice,hepato-pathohistologic changes and biochemical changes.Result:The solution isolated from sedum lineare thunb significantly prevented the elevation of ALT in serum induced by ccl 4 in mice.The result of hepato-pathohistologic examination showed the solution effectively decreased injury of liver cells.Conclusion:The solution isolated from sedum lineare thunb had effectively the protective effects on the acute liver injury induced by in mice.
