摘　　要：目的 :研究辣椒对豚鼠离体胆囊条收缩运动的影响及作用机制。方法 :离体豚鼠胆囊实验。结果 :辣椒能增强豚鼠离体胆囊的收缩运动 ,且呈剂量效应关系。其作用可被消炎痛明显减弱 ,但不被阿托品所阻断。结论 :辣椒能增强豚鼠离体胆囊的收缩运动。Objective:To study the effects of chili on the contractive responses of muscle strips of guinea pig.Methods:The experiment of guinea pig gallbladder in vitro.Results:It was found that chilli decoctions(1mg/ml,2mg/ml,4mg/ml,6mg/ml and 8mg/ml)could make the gallbladder muscle strips contract markdly increase and show dose depndent effect.Indomethacin(10μg/ml)could exerted markedly inhibitory effect on the contractive responses of gallbladder mduced by chilli,but its contractions did not block of an Aptropin.Conclusion:Chilli could make the gallbladder muscle strips contract markedly increase.
