汽车安全带检测台的设计

摘　　要：采用机电一体化技术 ,对汽车安全带检测台进行研制 .用滑块模拟人体 ,用弹簧力模拟汽车紧急刹车对人体的冲击力 ,来检测安全带是否能可靠锁扣 .检测台的控制是采用PLC控制器来完成 .并根据测试工艺过程开发了软、硬件 ,现已投入使用近一年且一切正常 .检测结果符合国家标准 .The safety belt of vehicles checking platform is developed by adopting integration of electromechanical technology.In order to check whether the safety belt can lock up or not,slip board is used to imitate human body,and the spring power wallop from an emergency brake.The control of checking platform is completed by adopting PLC controller.In the light of testing technics,software and hardware are developed and put into use with normal order.The checking results meet the national standard.
