摘　　要：介绍了沈阳市城市供水、排水与污水处理、环境卫生及垃圾处置的基础设施和城市服务现状 ,分析了沈阳市在供水排水及环境卫生基础设施和城市服务方面存在的主要问题 ,并进行了总体评价 .认为沈阳市城市基础设施经过多年的建设与发展 ,越来越完善 ,基本满足了城市建设和居民生活的服务需要 ,在沈阳市的城市建设和经济发展中发挥了重要的作用 .并指出 ,由于历史与现实等原因 ,沈阳市城市基础设施的建设和发展的总体水平滞后于城市经济建设 ,有许多方面还不能满足城市可持续发展的要求 .The existing infrastructure of urban water and wastewater, environmental sanitation and solid waste handling is introduced. The main problems in the urban infrastructure and services of Shenyang are analyzed and a total assessment is provided. Shenyang urban infrastructure is becoming perfect after so many years' construction and development and basically meets the requirement of urban construction and inhabitants' lives. But for some historical reasons, Shenyang urban infrastructure construction and growth speed is underdeveloped compared with the increasing speed of economic development and living standard. Its level at present can't meet the requirement of Shenyang sustainable development.
