摘　　要：目的:探讨外耳道成形术后外耳道再狭窄的原因及其预防措施。方法:对27例(28耳)行外耳道成 形术的患者,经1年以上随访的临床资料进行系统分析。结果:27例(28耳)中术后再狭窄7耳,再狭窄率为 25％。结论:正确的术式选择和术后持续扩张外耳道是预防术后再狭窄的重要措施。Objective:To explore the causes of restenosis of the postoperative external auditory canal and the prevention of restenosis. Method: The clinical data of 27 cases of external auditory canal stenosis in our hospital from January,1997 to present were analyzed. Result: In our data, 27 cases of external auditory canal stenosis were treated by surgery. The restenosis had happened after the operation with a ratio of 25 percent. Conclusion: The precision selection of operative style and the lasting expanding of the external canal were important.
