立止血在腹部外科围手术期的应用观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究立止血在腹部疾病患者围手术期的止血作用。方法 :随机将患者分为治疗组 (35例 )和对照组 (31例 ) ,治疗组术前、术中、术后给予立止血 ,对照组在相同时期给予常规止血药物。比较术中出血量、术后静脉血D -二聚体 (D -D)以及术后血性引流液量的变化。结果 :治疗组术中出血量为 (312 1±30 3)ml,对照组为 (521 5±29 2)ml(P<0 05) ;治疗组术后静脉血D -D为(0 6712±0 071)ng/L ,对照组为 (0 9841±0 054)ng/L(P<0 05) ;血性引流液量在治疗组为 (320±28)ml,对照组为 (531±16)ml(P<0 05)。结论 :立止血在腹部外科手术中的止血作用明显优于一般常规止血药物。OBJECTIVE:To study the hemostatic effect of reptilase on abdominal operations in perioperative period.METH-ODS:The study was conducted in 66 patients.They were randomly divided into 2 groups:reptilase group(n=35) and control group(n=31).In reptilase group,the reptilase was given in pre-operative,post-operative and intraoperative period and in control group,other commonly-used hemostants were given in the same way as in reptilase group.The amount of bleeding,the content of D-D in venous blood,the quantity of postoperative bloody drainage were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS:The amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative contents of D-D in venous blood and the quantity of bloody drainage in reptilase and control group were(312.1±30.3)ml,(521.5±29.2)ml(P<0.05);(0.6 712±0.07)ng/ml,(0.9 841±0.054)ng/ml(P<0.05) and (320±28)ml,(531±16.0)ml,respectively.CONCLUSION:The hemostatic effect of reptilase in abdominal operations is obviously better than that of other commonly-used hemostatics.
