川南苗族体质特征的调查研究

摘　　要：对合江县川南苗族 2 0 7例 (男 113,女 94 )青壮年进行 73项活体测量 ,结果显示 :川南苗族身材矮小 ,男女性身高平均为 15 4 5 6cm和 14 3 89cm ,83%受检者身高分类属矮或很矮 ;体部垂直高度均偏小。川南苗族偏瘦弱 ,其体部宽度、深度测量及围度测量均偏小 ,体质稍差。川南苗族头长偏小 ,头宽与头高相对较大 ,故 6 8%以上受检者为圆或超圆头型、阔头型也较狭头型为多、 75 %以上为高头型 ;面高与面宽均小 ,面高尤甚 ,75 %以上的受检者属阔或超阔面型 ;鼻部测量值均小 ,6 0 %的个体属中鼻型 ,属狭或超狭鼻型较阔鼻型的略多。两性间各项测量差异显著 ,但具共同体质特征。三年龄组比较青年组头面部与胸部测量值较成年组与壮年组小 ,表明其发育尚未终止 ,但因长度与宽度或长度与高度、宽度与高度均平行增长 ,故头型、面型。An anthropometric examination on 207 cases of adults or young adults (113 males, 94 females) of Hejiang County in South Sichuan with respect to 73 items of parameters shows the following results: Their bodies are small, with the average height of male and female is 154 56 cm and 143 89 cm, respectively. 83% of those examined are of short or very short type, and the vertical height of their body is smaller. They are thin and weak, with smaller body width, depth and circumference, seemingly lower physical capacity. The head length is shorter, with relatively larger head width and head height. Of those examined over 68% are of round or super round head form, and there are more of broad head form than of narrow head form, and over 75% of them are of high head form. Their face height and face width are small, especially the former, and over 75% of those examined are of wide or super wide face form. The measurement values of their noses are generally small, and 60% of them are of middle nose form, and there are a little more of narrow or super narrow form than of broad form. There is significant difference between males and females in the value of each measurement item, even though they have common constitutive characteristics. The values of the measurement of the craniofacial part and chest of the young adults group (<25 y) are smaller than those of the adults groups (i.e. >25≤35y and >35y groups), indicating that they are still developing. But the developmental style of the length, width and height is parallel to each other, therefore the head form, face form and nose form are of common types.
