摘　　要：目的 :对于药学部质量管理如何与国际标准接轨进行探讨。方法 :以ISO 90 0 2模式中各要素作为基本框架 ,结合药学部工作特点 ,制订出各环节的质控文件。结果 :确立了医院药学部ISO 90 0 2质量保证模式。结论 :ISO 90 0 2可用于医院药学部的质量管理。How to catch the administration of the pharmacy department up with the international criteria has been approached. According to the model of ISO 9002 as well as the characteristic in pharmacy department of hospital, a series quality system documents in different segments of pharmacy services have been made. ISO 9002 model of quality guarantee has been set up and can be used in quality control of pharmacy department.
