荧光光度法测定硫酸庆大霉素滴眼液在兔眼结膜囊冲洗液中的浓度

摘　　要：目的 :比较含有玻璃酸钠的硫酸庆大霉素滴眼液 (样品 )和硫酸庆大霉素滴眼液 (对照 )在兔眼结膜囊冲洗液中的浓度。方法 :用荧光光度法分别于 5 ,15 ,30和 6 0min时测定结膜囊冲洗液中样品和对照的浓度。结果 :在 6 0min内样品的浓度明显高于对照 (P <0 .0 1)。结论OBJECTIVE To compare the concentration between gentamycin sulfate eye drops containing sodium hyaluronate(sample) and gentamycin sulfate eye drops(control) in rabbits conjunctival sac.METHODS The sample and the control solution were dropped into rabbits left and right eyes respectively, the concentrations of the drugs in conjunctival sac were determined at 5,15,30 and 60 min respectively with fluorescence spectrophotometer. RESULTS The concentration of the sample solution at 60 min was higher than that of the control solution (P< 0.01).CONCLUSIONS The sample solution could remain much higher concentration and maintain longer period in rabbits eyes than that of control solution
