摘　　要：目的　研究经阴道超声在输卵管妊娠诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性总结了 5 4例临床确诊的输卵管妊娠患者的经阴道超声表现和血 β 绒毛膜促性腺激素 ( β HCG)水平。 结果　经阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的直接表现诊断阳性率为 96 .3%;输卵管妊娠直接声像图表现为环状回声和非特异性包块两种形式 ;声像图表现与血β HCG 水平不相关。结论　经阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值较高。Objective To assess the accuracy of transvaginal sonographic diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.Methods A retrospective study of transvaginal sonographic findings and serum β HCG level of 54 patients operated for tubal pregnancy.Results Transvaginal sonographic findings established the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy in 52 patients.Adnexal masses,the direct manifestation of tubal pregnancy ,can be classified into two types in trasvaginal sonographic: ring like or non specific.The ultrasonic features of adnexal masses had no relationship with serum β HCG level.Conclusions Transvaginal sonography is effective in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.
