摘　　要：从 1999年年初到 2 0 0 0年年末 ,鞍钢炼铁总厂钟式高炉大钟破损速度加剧 ,1999年先后更换了 5个大钟 ,2 0 0 0年更换了 8个大钟 ,大钟的使用寿命明显降低。为了延长高炉大钟的使用寿命 ,集中力量对大钟的破损原因进行了分析 。The large bell damage speed of the bell type blast furnace in Angang Ironmaking Plant was increased from the beginning of 1999 to the end of 2000. 5 bells were replaced in 1999, 8 bells in 2000. The service life of the bell was obviously decreased. The bell damage reason is analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward so as to prolong the service life of the blast furnace large bell.
