摘　　要：文章介绍了松辽流域水资源保护工作从从实际入手,组织开展水污染防治工作;从流域出发,加强水资源保护监督管理;以科技进步,促进水资源保护工作深入开展;面向新世纪,流域水资源保护工作走向流域模式。In the water resources protection work of Songliao rivers basin, the prevention and the improvement of water pollution is conducted to start with the practice, the supervision and the management of water resources protection is strengthened proceeding from the river basin, the water resources protection is promoted by science and technology progress. The water resources protection is moving towards the river basin model gearing to the needs of the new century.
