摘  要:针对长江三峡1200 t桥式起重机主梁焊接变形进行精确控制的难题,通过选择其中影响变形的部分重要因素,利用分段移动热源模型进行数值分析,并同时依据基于弹性应变能的相似方法进行模型试验。因其结果定量吻合,说明数值模拟具有可靠性。进一步发挥数值模拟系统、灵活的特点,对其他要素进行分析,从而为实际工程问题提出全面工艺参考,并在实际生产中得到应用,创造了重大经济和社会效益。For providing reliable guides to optimize welding processing technology, it is an effective way to utilize segmented moving heat source model and similitude method based on elastic strain energy synthetically. A big challenge, the accurate controlling of welding induced distortion in the beam of thehuge bridge crane for Sanxia project, is achieved successfully with the proposed approaches. First, numerical simulation and model experiments for some selected important factors are made at the same time. If the results acquired through both ways are accordant, then other factors can be analyzed reliably by the same numerical method. Thus, a complete set of instructions can be received for the real processing. The practical application proves that the numerical method combined with physical experiments can enhance the manufacturing level of welding structures evidently.
