摘  要:在人工控制条件下研究了早籼光敏核不育系W6154S、安农S-1、5460S和87N123S的育性反应特性,结果表明温度是影响供试材料育性表达的主导因素之一,日平均温度29.8℃(最高33℃/最低28℃)导致不育或育性很低,25.8℃(29/24℃)时育性提高,21.8℃(25/20℃)使育性再次下降:在29.8℃与21.8℃时,光周期(150或12.0h/d)对育性的影响不明显;在25.8℃时,短日处理的育性显著高于长日处理的育性。作者还讨论了这些灿型光敏核不育系在长江中下游地区制、繁种时可能出现的问题。The fertility responses of W6154S, Annong S-l, 5460S and 87N123S, early indica photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile rice (PGMSR,Oryza saliva L.) to 2 photo-and 3 thermo-periods were studied in the phytotrons. The results indicated that temperature was a main factor affecting the fertility of these early indica PGMSRs. These lines got thorough sterility or very low fertility at higher temperature (max.33C/min. 28℃. mean 29.8℃), increased their fertility at mid temperature (29/24℃, mean25.8℃), but decreased it again when temperature was lower (25/20℃, mean 21.8℃). Though photoperiod ( 15.0 or 12.0h/d) did not affect obviously their fertility at higher or lower temperatures, the fertility was significantly higher at short photoperiod than that at long one when the mean temperature was 25.8℃ . The authors discussed the potential problems of these indica PGMSRs in hybrid breeding and their propagation in middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
