摘 要:本研究探讨了复合酶CA-I所含三种碳水化合物分解酶:纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶和果胶酶用于饲料添加剂的有关特性及其对饲料的降解效果。结果表明,三种酶的最适pH依次为5.0、4.0和3.0;最适温度依次为45、40和40℃。这些参数与动物体内生理条件极为相近。同时三种酶系能较好承受饲料造粒时高温处理,以及具有常温贮存的稳定性。在实验室条件下,模拟猪胃液对饲料的降解效果研究结果,该复合酶对饲料的复合糖化率比对照组提高97.63%,对饲料中各原料的粗纤维降解率达6.75到19 70%,对饲料中不溶物降解率比对照提高18.28%。表明复合酶CA-I可以作为一种比较理想的饲料添加剂。This study was conducted to determine some characteristics of Complex Enzyme CA-I as a feed additive and its effect in decomposing feeds. The CA-I contains three carbohydrate hydrolases: cellulase, β-glucanase and pectase. The results obtained were as fellows: the optimum PH of three ennzymes was 5.0, 4.0 and 3.0; the optimum reactive temperature was 45. 40 and 40℃ respectively. Meanwhile, these three hydrolases had a good stability to high temperature during the steam pelleting process and did not reduce their enzymatic activities during eight monthes, storage. Under the laboratory conditions, the multiple saccharification rate of Complex Enzyme CA-I to feed was 97.63 % higher than that of control, the degradation rate to crude fiber of feeds was from 6.75 to 19.70%, and the decomposing rate to the insoluble substances in pig feed was 18.28 % higher than that of the control. These results suggest that Complex Enzyme CA-I can be applied as an ideal feed additive.
