摘　　要：本文分析1号连铸机生产120mm×120mm方坯过程中产生铸坯表面横裂纹、内裂纹、脱方等问题的原因,提出改进工艺的措施,使连铸机生产逐步顺行。Tn this paper, the causes of transverse cracks, internal cracks and off- square during casting 120mm × 120mm billet are analysed,and the improving measures on technology are put forward.Thus,the No. 1 continuous caster has taken a turn for the better.
