摘　　要：宝钢板坯连铸机结晶器铜板使用高强度铬锆铜合金材料;宽边铜板使用Ni+Cr镀层、Ni镀层、Ni-Fe镀层和Co-Ni镀层,窄边铜板使用Ni镀层、Ni-Fe镀层和NiCr自熔合金热喷涂涂层;同时还实施铜板均匀化强冷却和整体电镀加工等技术措施,确保结晶器铜板的较高寿命。A kind of high strength Cr - Zr - Cu alloy has been used as base material of mould copper plate in Baosteel slab continuous caster, Ni + Cr coat、 Ni coat、Ni - Fe coat and Co - Ni coat have been used in copper plates with wide face,and Ni coat、Ni - Fe coat and NiCr self- fusible alloy thermal spary coating have been used in copper plates with narrow face. At the same time, for the sake of long life of copper plates, some technology means have been put in practice such as uniformization powerful cooling in copper plates and electroplating whole copper, etc . .
