摘　　要：分析造成小方坯脱方的原因,在生产实践中反复甙验,通过采取一些工艺、操作和管理措施,最终解决了140mm×140mm铸坯脱方的问题。This paper analyses the reasons for off-square billet of common carbon steel. The tests have been carried out time after time and some measures on technology, operation and management have been taken . At last, the off-square of 140mm x 140mm billet has been eliminated.
