摘　　要：根据中间罐使用寿命是浸入水口寿命2倍的情况,采用快速更换浸入水口的新工艺,延长中间罐使用寿命,降低耐火材料消耗,提高钢水收得率,降低浸入水口事故率,提高铸机作业率。The Compaign life of tundish is twice that of submerged nozzle. According to the fact, a new process in which the submerged nozzle can be changed quickly is used. As a result, not only the consumption of refractory and accidents of submerged nozzle can be reduced, but also the yield of liquid steel and the operation efficiency of caster can be improved.
