摘　　要：中试装置是石油、化工等诸多行业对实验室小试装置试验结果进行工业放大广泛采用的一种手段。提出采用比率模块构造斜线的方法 ,实现对某中试装置的分程控制。该方法可以克服以往几种分程控制方法的缺点 。Intermediate testing device is commonly used measure in oil and petrochemical industries. It amplified the results from small testing devices in laboratories. The paper stated structuring the slope with ratio module and implementing split control in intermediate testing device. This method overcome the demerits of some split control methods in the past and is suitable for various complex control situations.
