炙甘草汤拆方抗心律失常作用的实验研究

摘　　要：以氯仿诱发小鼠室颤、乌头碱诱发大鼠室性心律失常 ,对炙甘草汤进行拆方研究。结果表明 ,炙甘草、人参、麦冬是炙甘草汤全方抗心律失常作用的主要有效药物 ,且在部分实验指标上两味组 (炙甘草、人参 ) ,三味组 (炙甘草、人参、麦冬 )与全方组作用无显著差异。With the animal model of ventricular fibrillation induced by chlorofom in mice and ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine in rat,the effect of Zhigancao Decoction and its separating prescription on experimental arrhythmia is studied.It is found from result that Licorice root,Ginseng and Ophiopogan root are the main effective ingredients on anti-arrhythmia,furthermore,in some indexes,no obvious difference is found among ALL groop(Zhigancao Decoction),TWO group(Licorice root,Ginseng)and THREE group(Licorice root,Ginseng and Ophiopogan root).
