摘　　要：全球多边贸易体制的建立,特别是《与贸易有关的投资措施协议》的生效,使传统的国际投资法发生了深刻的变革,并且使中国的外资法受到了严峻的挑战。完善中国外资法应着重以下方面:进一步修订相关内容;重构外资法体系;立法应结合国际投资法发展的最新形势;保持外资法修改的灵活性。After the global multilateral trade system established, particularly after the 'Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures' took effect, the contents of traditional international investment law changed greatly, moreover, the Chinese foreign investment law is facing severe challenges. Some suggestion was given to consummate the Chinese foreign investment law in this paper. The relating content should be revised further. The Chinese foreign investment law system should be reconstructed. The legislation of foreign investment law should be according to the recent development of international investment law. The flexibility of revising the foreign investment law should be kept.
