摘　　要：从市场风险和代理风险两个方面对风险投资项目的非系统风险进行了分析 ,同时建立了适合我国风险投资特点的项目风险评价指标体系 ;针对项目风险的评价问题 ,给出了一种模糊多指标综合评价方法 ,通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用 .Based on market risk and agency risk, the non systematic rksi of venture capital investments is described and its evaluation index system is set up according to China's situation in terms of market risk and agency risk. Then, a fuzzy multiple index evaluation method is presented to make an evaluation for the risks of investments. Finally, an example is given to show the application of the probosed method.
