摘　　要：先对外资风险投资资本进入中国风险投资市场的情况进行简单评介 ,然后对外资风险投资资本进入中国的法律障碍及克服、组织形式选择以及税收问题等作出深入探究 ,以求构造科学的外资风险投资资本的市场准入机制。The author argues the regulations about market entry permission of foreign venture capital which has taken effect is a important factor, the defects of which have hindered boom. So the author suggests there are many aspects which have to be reformed in the regulations about market entry permission of foreign venture capital, including the approval market entry permission of foreign venture capital, the choice of fund formation, the preferences in tax, and so on.
