摘  要:用机械力化学法合成了单相 Pb(Sc0 .5Ta0 .5) O3(R)弛豫铁电陶瓷微粉 ,并对球磨 5 h得到的陶瓷粉体和未经球磨的原料进行了热处理研究。实验结果表明 ,单相 Pb(Sc0 .5Ta0 .5) O3可在球磨 7h得到 ,TEM图像显示 ,晶粒尺寸为 30~ 4 0 m m,与根据 Scheerer公式计算的结果吻合。 5 h粉体的热处理结果显示 ,焦绿矿相并未因球磨过程而在煅烧中不出现 ;原始粉体的热处理结果也显示出焦绿矿在 135 0°C温度下煅烧 4 h,仍有少量存在。比较实验的结果表明 ,在制备 Pb(Sc0 .5Ta0 .5) O3的过程中 ,初始原料必须经过充分球磨才可实现单相目标产物的合成。Fine powders of single phase Pb(Sc 0 5 Ta 0 5 )O 3 relaxor ferroelectric ceramic were synthesized by mechanochemical method.Heat treatment analyzed reaction mechanism of starting materials and the powder as milled for 5 h.The results indicated that single phase Pb(Sc 0 5 Ta 0 5 )O 3 with the particle size of 30~40 nm was obtained with milling for 7 h,and the size is consisted with the value calculated from Scheerer.The heat treatment results of as milled 5 hours shown that the pyrochloride phase was not avoided under the milling process,that of the starting powders exhibited the pyrochloride phase with little amount still existed in the product that calcined at 1 350 °C for 4 h.The comparison experiments suggested that the starting powders must be milled adequately in order to synthesize single phase Pb(Sc 0 5 Ta 0 5 )O 3
