摘　　要：通过集成微型声传感器、集成微型振动传感器、集成微型传感器组和无线集成微型传感器的结构特点、性能以及研制情况 ,介绍目前先进的集成微型传感器的研究进展状况。The development of an advanced integrated micro-sensor has been introduced by the structure characteristic and performance and manufacture of acoustic emission micro-sensors,vibration sensors,multi-sensor coupon and wireless integrated micro-sensors.
