无溶剂微波促进下1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮与芳酰氯的反应研究

摘　　要：无溶剂条件下 ,微波促进 1 苯基 3 甲基 5 吡唑啉酮与等量的酰氯反应 ,可高产率简便得到 5 酰化产物 .在有氢氧化钙存在时与 2倍量的酰氯反应主要得到 4 ,5 位酰化产物 .产物结构经1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,IR 。A microwave enhanced synthesis of 1 phenyl 3 methyl 5 acyloxypyrazoles from 1 phenyl 3 methylpyrazole 5 one with an equivalent of acid chlorides under solvent free conditions was achieved in moderate to good yields. 4 Acyl 5 acyloxypyrazoles were obtained with 2 equivalents of acid chlorides in the present of calcium hydroxide. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
