双酚A改性甲阶酚醛树脂的合成和表征

摘　　要：利用双酚A、苯酚、甲醛水溶液为原料,在KOH的催化下,合成了一种含有羟甲基的双酚A改性甲阶酚醛树脂,研究了反应温度、反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时间对合成的影响,并用红外光谱分析了产品的结构。结果表明,在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3 h条件下,各反应物物质的量比的适宜范围:n(甲醛):n(苯酚)为(3.0～3.5):1,n(氢氧化钾):n(苯酚)为(0.085～0.15):1;n(双酚A):n(苯酚)为(0.1～0.35):1。Using potassium hydroxide solution as catalyst, a bisphenol A modified phenolic resin containing hydromethyl groups was synthesized from bisphenol A, phenol, and aqueous formaldehyde. The effects of reaction temperature, mixing ratio of reactants, catalyst content and reaction time were investigated, and the structures of product were also measured by FT - IR spectrum. When reaction temperature is 80℃and reaction time is 3 h, the results gave a suitable ranges for the mole number ratio of the reactants: n( formaldehyde): n( phenol) is 3.0-3.5: 1 ,n(potassium hydroxide) : n(phenol) is 0. 085-0.15: 1 , and n ( bisphenol A ): n(phenol) is 0. 1-0.35= 1.
