摘  要:开发的低压组合床重整新工艺包括了“2+2”、“1+3”、“1+4”等几种流程,即前部是1或2个反应器为固定床,装入铂铼催化剂,后部是2个、3个或4个反应器为移动床,装入铂锡催化剂,前后串联操作。通过对催化重整基本反应的分析和大量中型试验装置数据的研究表明,该工艺技术可以在降低压力和氢油比的操作条件下运行,产品产率高、原料适应性强、生产操作灵活性大,其计算的铂铼催化剂的周期寿命可达2a以上。The developed new process of low-pressure combined bed reforming covers severalcombinations, such as '2+2', '1+3' and '1+4', etc., flow schemes. The front part of the process is1 or 2 fixed bed reactors loaded with Pt-Re catalyst, the back part of the process is composed of 2 or 3 or4 moving bed reactors loaded with Pt-Sn catalyst, and the two parts are cascade connected. The analysisof the basic principle of catalytic reforming and a large number of pilot plant rest results showed that thesaid process efficiently lowered the system pressure and hydrogen to oil ratio. The said process alsoshowed the advantages of higher product yield, better feedstock adaptability and flexible operation.
