摘　　要：目的　介绍颈前路减压术的疗效及其手术并发症的预防措施。方法　对 2 91例颈前路减压术临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果　术后症状改善 2 6 3例 (90 38% ) ,改善率在 80 %以上者 188例(6 4 6 3% ) ,术后无改善 2 8例 (9 6 2 % )。结论　颈前路减压术的疗效肯定 ,其并发症可以预防。Objective To investigate the results of anterior cervical decompression combining fusion and the prevention of complications. Methods Clinical data of 291 patients undergone operation of anterior cervical decompression combining fusion were analyzed retrospectively. Results Improved symptoms after operation were found in 263 patients (90 38%)but not in 28 patients(9 62%). The improved rate over 80% was found in 188 patients (64 63%). Conclusion The operation is effective and the complications can be prevented.
