摘　　要：针对一个间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯装置 ,在已有的YS -170调节器的基础上 ,使用工业控制计算机 ,建立一套由“基本控制层”和“上位控制层”组成的经济适用型集散控制系统 。Aimed at a monitoring and control system for batch liquid phase bulk propylene polymerization reaction process based on the existed YS-170 instrument. By the using of industrial control computer, we establish a set of economical suitable type DCS controlling system by 'basic controlling layer' and 'upper controlling layer', and realize DCS and management of the complete polymerization reaction process.
