摘  要:利用 Neumann级数展开的 Monte- Carlo随机有限元法 ,分析了纤维缠绕壳体在内压及材料工程常数随机变化作用下的应力响应 ,绘出了最大应力响应分布曲线 。Ordinary FEM(finite element method) stress analysis cannot satisfy the need of reliability estimation. So we use Neumann stochastic FEM to analyze stresses in composite pressure vessel under the action of random gas pressure. Section 2 considers gas pressure as a stochastic variable with normal distribution and takes into consideration the stochastic nature of loads, tensile strength and shearing strength. Section 3 discusses in detail how to use Neumann stochastic FEM to compute the stress response of composite pressure vessel under the action of random gas pressure; eqs.(7) through (16) are needed in such computation. Section 4 gives two numerical examples. Table 3 gives the possible maximum stresses and their possible locations for numerical example 1 and Table 4 gives such maximum stresses and locations for numerical example 2; possible maximum stresses and their possible locations are the prerequisites for reliability estimation.
