摘 要:在研究了慢加载条件下拉伸速率与球墨铸铁间力学性能的关系后 ,将试验对象扩展到铸铝合金 .结果证实 ,在ε′ =10 -1~ 10 -4s-1范围内 ,铸铝合金的力学性能亦随拉伸速率的逐渐减慢呈峰状变化 ,即先逐渐增加 ,到某一最大值后又逐渐降低 ,曲线的走向与球墨铸铁的相应曲线极为相似 .The experimental objective is extended to the aluminum casting alloys in the text after the relation of the mechanical properties of nodular cast iron and stretching rate loaded rate have been studied. The results indicate that the mechanical properties of aluminum casting alloys also change with the gradual reduction of the tension rate with the peak like curve on condition that the stretching rate ranges from 10 -1 to 10 -4 s -1 . That is to say, the mechanical properties increase gradually and reach their certain maximum value, then decrease gradually. The tendency of the curve is extremely similior to that of nodular cast iron. What are above mentioned are illustrated in the text.
