摘 要:所研制的新型不锈钢焊条采用了低碳钢芯 ,通过药皮过渡合金 .通过对焊条药皮成分的优化设计 ,分析了不锈钢焊条药皮中影响焊缝气孔生成率的因素及各因素对气孔率的影响规律 ,解决了出现焊缝气孔的问题 ,并彻底克服了不锈钢焊条药皮发红开裂的缺点 .同时由于低碳钢焊芯的采用增加了焊条长度 ,减少了更换焊条次数 ,并可采用较大的焊接线能量 ,在很大程度上提高了焊接效率 .经过测验表明 ,本焊条过渡合金量达到设计要求 。In order to solve the problem of reddening crack of stainless steel electrode coating, low carbon steel was used as electrode core, and alloy elements were transfered through coating. Through optimum design of electorde coating content and analysis on influent factors of stainless steel electrode coating on gas pore forming rate in welding seam and their influent regularity for it, the problem of welding seam gas pore and reddening and cracking of stainless steel electrode coating was well solved. Also, because of the adopting of low carbon steel electorde core, it is possible to increase length of electrode, decrease excharging time, and improve welding linear energy, which will improve welding efficiency to great extent. Testing proves that chemical component of electrode has met our design requirement. In addition, the electrode deposition metal has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
