摘　　要：介绍了一种由多台三菱A5 4 0变频器和上位工控机通过RS485总线构成的分布式远程监控系统 ,说明了构成方式及总线协议 .该系统结构灵活、扩展性强、可靠性高、人机操作界面简单 ,已成功运行于某厂多台选矿过滤机的调速控制上 .This paper mainly introduces a distributed and remote control system which consists of mitsubishi-A540 inverters by RS485 bus, and illustrates the structure and communication protocols. The flexible and stable system has being used in the process of frequency control over multiple inverters at a mining factory. It can also work for other similar motors controlling application.
